Lisa Odendaal

Lisa Odendaal serves as the Group Chief Internal Auditor at OSB Group, having been appointed to this leadership role in April 2016. With extensive experience in internal auditing and risk management, Lisa previously held the position of Associate Director of Internal Audit at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where Lisa successfully managed multiple financial client relationships. Prior to this, Lisa spent several years at Man Group Plc, progressing to Senior Internal Auditor, and has held roles in various companies including Merchant Asset Management, HSBC Financial Services, and Morgan Stanley, starting as an Operations Specialist at PwC. In addition to current responsibilities, Lisa also contributes as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee at United Response, advocating for individuals with learning disabilities and support needs. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Southampton.
