Corey Mccort

Corey McCort has been with USS since 2021. Prior, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Carson, a privately held energy company in the Pacific Northwest, where he aggressively drove organic growth and M&A strategy that more than doubled the company’s top line revenue while delivering increased profits. He has more than 25 years of experience leading commercial sales strategy, marketing, customer experience and operational execution.

Corey is a dedicated leader who prioritizes the customer experience, fosters the growth and development of individuals and champions employee engagement. He believes that leaders should “Set the Tone”. Corey is guided by a belief in process and performance management, skillsets he developed throughout his career working for great companies like Coca Cola, Cintas and Waste Management.
