Kim Sullivan

Kim Sullivan has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Kim currently holds the position of VP, People Development at United Site Services. Prior to this, they served as the Director, HR Business Partner at Distribution International from 2018 to 2022. Earlier in their career, Kim held various roles at Aggreko, including Head of Talent Management, Head of HR, International Project Assignment, VP of HR, North America, Talent Development Manager, and HR Manager, South Business Unit. Kim also worked as an HR Generalist at Corrpro Companies, Inc. Kim has extensive experience in performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, workforce development, and compliance.

Kim Sullivan received a Bachelor's degree in Communications (Radio & TV) from Stephen F. Austin State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. In addition to their undergraduate education, Kim has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching, which they obtained in June 2019. Kim also holds certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching, as an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching (obtained in June 2018), and as a DDI Targeted Selection Trainer from Development Dimensions International (obtained in October 2012). Kim became an MBTI Certified Practitioner in 2010, although the institution granting this certification is unspecified. Additionally, they earned a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2007.
