Nicole Noel

Nicole Noel, PMP, currently serves as a Foreign Service Officer at the United States Agency For International Development, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole was the Director of Management and Operations at the Peace Corps from March 2019 to October 2023 and held the position of Senior Project Support Director at SNV USA. Experience also includes significant roles at Winrock International, where Nicole was a Director of Project Management and later Director of Global Operations Support, as well as serving as a Senior Contracts Specialist at Save the Children US and Manager at Chemonics International. Nicole's early career included positions with Checchi and Company Consulting and the Peace Corps, complemented by internships at the U.S. Department of State and the Organization of American States. Academically, Nicole holds a Master's degree in International Relations with a focus on Foreign Policy from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with interdisciplinary focuses from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
