GG 14 Cyber Operations Analyst (milwop) at United States Cyber Command

Charles Constantine has a diverse and extensive work experience in both military and intelligence roles. Charles began their career in 2000 as an Army Aviator/Manager/Platoon Leader in the Pennsylvania National Guard, where they managed a platoon and conducted various missions along the U.S.-Mexico border. In 2008, they joined the U.S. Army and served in multiple roles, including Senior Watch Analyst/Latin America, Europe, Eurasia, Africa Regional Desk Officer and All Source Analyst/Strategic Intelligence Officer. During their time in the U.S. Army, they also served as a Team Chief/Training Officer/Helicopter pilot and Senior Manager/Company Commander of an Aviation Company/Staff Officer.

Constantine then transitioned into the intelligence field, working as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Mission Essential and CACI International Inc. Charles also served as a Senior Liaison Officer and Senior Intelligence Analyst at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. In 2019, they joined the United States Cyber Command as a GG 14 Cyber Operations Analyst (MILWOP).

Constantine continued to build their expertise in the intelligence and military sectors, taking on roles such as Senior Intelligence Analyst at DIA with Mission Essential and as a J2 Cyber Team Chief and JMWC Intel Chief at USSOCOM. In 2022, they joined USCENTCOM as a J5 Engagement Officer.

Throughout their career, Constantine has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in intelligence analysis and cyber operations. Their experience spans various government organizations, showcasing their versatility and ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities.

Charles Constantine attended the National Intelligence University from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Strategic Intelligence with a Concentration in Eurasia Studies. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Pittsburgh from 1994 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Studies. In 1998, they continued their education at the University of Pittsburgh and completed a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Foreign Language Education. During this time, they also received a Certificate in Japanese Studies from Ritsumeikan University in 1996-1997, specializing in Japanese Language and Literature.

Additionally, Charles Constantine pursued further education at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College from 2017 to 2018, earning a Certificate in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy.

Apart from their academic achievements, Charles Constantine also holds certifications in other areas. In 2002, they obtained a Sandan - Uechi-Ryu Karate Do certification from Okinawan Martial Arts. Furthermore, they possess an FAA Commercial & Instrument: Helicopter License, issued by the Federal Aviation Administration, although the details regarding the month and year of attainment are not provided.
