Eric Potter has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Infantry Team Leader for the South Carolina Army National Guard until 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they served in multiple positions, including Infantry Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Company Commander, and MITT Team Leader, in the US Army. In 2009, Eric joined USSOCOM as HSC Executive Officer and Operations Officer for the 3rd BN 7th Special Forces Group until 2011. Eric then transitioned to a role as Director of Project Management and later as Director of Innovation at Waterton, a private equity real estate company. From 2011 onwards, Eric has also been serving as Lieutenant Colonel (VP, Program Manager) at US Cyber Command - Army Reserve Element, and as a Board Member at Elmspring Accelerator from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they joined MorganFranklin Consulting, initially as a Manager in Strategy and Transformation and later transitioning to the role of Senior Manager. Eric's skills and experiences in strategy, transformation, management consulting, program management, and leadership make him a valuable asset in any organization.

Eric Potter has a diverse education history with a focus on finance and business. Eric holds a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) degree with a Finance Concentration from Harvard University Extension School, although the specific dates of their enrollment at Harvard University are unknown. Prior to that, Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The Citadel in 2004.
