Brigadier General, Mobilization Assistant To Commander U.s. Cyber Command at United States Cyber Command

Jonathan Moyer has an extensive work experience starting from 2000. Jonathan began their career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a Supervisory Senior Consultant. Jonathan then worked as a Senior Analyst in the Information Technology Audit Department at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. In 2002, they joined the US Army as a Captain and served as a Company Commander. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as an Options/Futures Trader for Prime International Trading, LLC. In 2010, they became the Director of the Coaches Program at the Tip of the Arrow Foundation, a non-profit organization. Jonathan also held various positions in the US Army, including Battalion Operations Officer, Support Operations Officer, and Deputy Brigade Commander. In 2012, they joined SRI International as an Associate Director and later as the Director of Mission Solutions. Jonathan also worked for Semper Valens Solutions as the Vice President of East Coast Business Development and Operations. In 2022, they became the Director of Marketing and Business Development at SRI International. Additionally, they served as the Brigadier General, Mobilization Assistant to Commander, U.S. Cyber Command at U.S. Cyber Command.

Jonathan Moyer has a strong education background in strategic studies, information systems, and communications. Jonathan holds a Master of Strategic Studies (MSS) degree, which they obtained from The United States Army War College between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems at Hawaii Pacific University from 1996 to 1998. Jonathan completed their undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from 1991 to 1995. It is worth noting that Jonathan Moyer also attended the Joint Forces Staff College (JCWS-H), although the details of their degree and field of study are unknown. Additionally, they hold a certification in CISA from ISACA.
