Sandy Dresch, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director and previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at United States Environmental Services (USES). Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ely and Associates Corp - Global Hydraulic Fracturing Expertise. Furthermore, Sandy has experience as a Human Resources Manager at GSE Environmental, where they gathered trend data, conducted employee recruitment, and facilitated new employee orientation. Additionally, they worked as a Health & Benefits Specialist at Aon, analyzing benefit objectives and delivering excellent customer service. Sandy's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Equifax formerly CSC, where they conducted audits, designed performance evaluation processes, and trained employees on HR databases and policies.
