Archibald Henry serves as a Program Officer for Central Africa & Sahel at the United States Institute of Peace since July 2022. Previously, Archibald worked as a Senior Associate and Policy Coordinator at InterAction, coordinating NGO dialogue with the U.S. Archibald's experience also includes roles such as Research Assistant for the Protection of Civilians project at the International Peace Institute and Research and Project Assistant on corruption analysis initiatives at the Institute for Human Security. As a Teaching Assistant at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Archibald supported courses related to Peace Operations. A Master’s Degree holder in International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from The Fletcher School, Archibald's academic background includes a B.A. in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and a Visiting Student experience at Ecole normale supérieure. Additionally, Archibald has contributed to discussions on East Africa and Great Lakes issues as a freelance writer and analyst.
