Previously, Sarah served as an International Trade Policy Analyst at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative in 2020, and co-edited the Journal of International Commerce and Economics. Sarah's extensive background includes roles as an Economist at the Bureau of Economic Analysis and Program Assessment Specialist at the University of Texas at Dallas.
