Laura L. Halfpenny

Laura L. Halfpenny serves as the Senior Director of Soccer Growth at the U.S. Soccer Federation since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at the Georgia State Soccer Association and Orlando City Youth Soccer, where responsibilities involved strategic development, financial planning, and operational efficiencies. Laura has also held various positions within Orlando City Youth Soccer, including General Manager and Girls Junior Academy Director. Previous coaching roles at Far Post Soccer Club, Vermont Soccer Association's Olympic Development Program, and Mount Laurel United Soccer demonstrate extensive experience in soccer development and program implementation. Laura holds an MBA from Columbia Southern University and additional credentials in soccer coaching from US Soccer and United Soccer Coaches.
