Craig McClory, SPHR, has extensive experience in employee relations and workforce planning, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations for Industrial Service Centers and Mining Operations at United States Steel Corporation since 1993. In this role, Craig manages productivity improvement and workforce planning functions at over 15 plant locations across North America, overseeing a team of Industrial Engineering professionals. Previous positions at United States Steel include roles as Corporate Manager of Workforce Planning and Productivity Improvement, Department Manager of HR Services, and Regional Manager of Labor Relations. Craig began their career as an Industrial Engineer at Dresser-Rand from 1991 to 1993. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
