Colin Sean Casey

Colin Sean Casey is an accomplished legal professional with a focus on taxation and related fields. Currently serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Tax Court since May 2023, Colin previously held the role of Legal Extern at the same court. Colin's experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the University of Maine School of Law, where research centered on proposed changes to the tax code. Additional roles include Tax Clerk for the United States Senate Committee on Finance, Immigration Law Intern at Movahed & Fisher Law, LLC, and various internships in law and consultancy. Colin holds a Taxation LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Macalester College.
