Carmen Bona

Carmen Bona has several years of experience in strategy, corporate development, and advisory roles in various companies. Carmen is currently the Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer and Partner at United Talent Agency. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at Powerhouse Capital. Carmen also served as a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for almost ten years, where they advised executives in media and consumer tech companies on a range of strategic and operational topics. Carmen has experience in areas such as SVOD strategy, growth strategy for social media and commerce platforms, due diligence, distribution strategy, marketing, analytics, digital capabilities, organization, and efficiencies. Before joining BCG, Carmen worked as an MBA intern at Steel Sports and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Co.

Carmen Bona received their B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 2001 and 2008. Later, they pursued their MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in Media & Entrepreneurship from 2010 to 2012.
