Katie (Guarinello) Wright has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Katie most recently worked at United Talent Agency as the Director of Executive Search Operations. Prior to that, Katie held multiple roles at James & Co., a boutique retained executive search and organizational design firm. Starting as a Receptionist, they worked their way up to become the Director/Head of Client Service. Katie was responsible for overseeing client relationships and providing exceptional service.

Katie also worked as an Assistant at Background Inc., a commercial extras casting company, where they provided administrative support and booked actors for commercial extra work.
Early in their career, Katie gained customer service experience as a Clinique Cosmetic Consultant at Macy's. Katie assisted clients in selecting cosmetics, performed makeovers, and built a book of clients.
