Joshua Rosenberg has extensive experience in the financial sector, spanning over three decades. Joshua is currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President at United Texas Bank Dallas. Prior to this, they held various key positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, including a role as Advisor and Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing and overseeing risk management frameworks, presenting risk profiles to the board, and leading risk analytics and enterprise risk management. Joshua also worked as a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where they advised on market and credit risk and contributed to the design and management of Global Financial Crisis facilities. Before joining the Federal Reserve, they worked as an Assistant Professor of Finance at NYU Stern School of Business, where they published research on asset valuation, derivatives, and risk management. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Barra, where they developed market risk models, and as a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
Joshua Rosenberg completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Religion at Oberlin College from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics at UC San Diego from 1993 to 1996.
