Jess Masker has a diverse work experience. Jess started their career at Saint John Care in 2007 as an Assistant Teacher and worked there until 2011. In 2010, they joined BJ's Wholesale Club as a Member Services Associate and later became a Membership Acquisition and Retention Manager until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Wachter Technology Solutions, Inc. in various roles, including Level 2 Network Engineer and Help Desk - Level 1 Network Engineer. In 2016, they joined New Horizons Computer Learning Centers as an OLL Help Desk Specialist and later transitioned to an IT Support Analyst role until 2019. In 2020, they worked at Focal Point Learning as an IT Support Analyst and is currently employed at United Training as a Network and Systems Analyst.
Jess Masker attended Gateway Regional High School from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, from 2008 to 2009, Jess attended Rowan College at Gloucester County, where they studied Educational Leadership and Administration, General.
