Jennifer Pendleton started their work experience in 2006 as a Barmaid and Waitress at Beehive Inn. Jennifer coordinated events, organized promotional activities, and acted as a marketing and operations consultant. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Venue Assistant at Liverpool Students' Union, where they developed new products, trained staff, and built relationships with colleagues. Then, they joined United Utilities in 2013 as a Finance Graduate. Over the course of three and a half years, they completed placements in various finance functions and worked their way up to becoming a Lead Management Accountant.

Jennifer Pendleton completed their education at Liverpool John Moores University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from 2009 to 2012, and later pursued a Master's in Business Administration from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Whitley Bay High School Sixth Form from 2007 to 2009.
