Rav Sethi

Rav Sethi has extensive experience in performance coaching and talent development, currently serving as a Performance Change Agent at United Utilities since October 2019. In this role, Rav Sethi focuses on coaching as a primary means of talent development, supporting frontline managers in creating real-time learning opportunities and adapting coaching styles to individual communication preferences. Prior to this position, Rav Sethi worked at Virgin Media as a Manager from October 2009 to March 2019, contributing to the telecommunications sector. Rav Sethi completed education at Kingsbury High School in London from 1988 to 1997.
