Ruth Henshaw

Ruth Henshaw is an experienced professional in the field of pensions and reward management. Currently serving as Head of Pensions at United Utilities since November 2011, Ruth has also held the titles of Head of Reward and Pensions, and Head of Reward within the same organization. Prior to this role, Ruth worked as a Senior Reward Manager at PwC from September 2000 to October 2011. Ruth holds a Master of Mathematics (MMath) degree in Mathematics from Durham University, which was obtained from 1996 to 2000.
