Sally Ainsworth

Sally Ainsworth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and strategy within United Utilities. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service since January 2023, Sally is responsible for leading the department to achieve exceptional customer service. Previously, Sally held multiple roles at United Utilities, including Head of Customer Experience from September 2007 to April 2016, where efforts focused on transforming customer service through a comprehensive experience strategy. Additional roles included Operations Strategy & Performance Manager and Customer Strategy Manager, emphasizing performance improvement, business strategy, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Sally earned a 2:1 BA in Geography from The University of Manchester from 1988 to 1991.
