Lori Winn

Lori Winn is a highly experienced professional in project controls and data management, currently serving as Project Controls Supervisor at United Utility since August 2014. In this role, Lori oversees project budget management, cost control, scheduling, and team management, having previously held positions such as Project Controls Technician, Project Supervisor, and Design Technician following the acquisition of BHI Energy. Prior to United Utility, Lori worked at St. Lucie County School District as Data Processor User Support II and Clerk Typist, focusing on technical assistance and customer service. Lori holds a Bachelor's degree in IT Management and Cybersecurity and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology from Indian River State College, along with a high school diploma from St. Lucie West Centennial High School.
