Naomi Lett is an experienced leader in policy advocacy and child welfare, currently serving as the Senior Director of State Policy and Advocacy at United Way Worldwide since July 2023, where the focus is on enhancing the capacity of states to advance policy impact. Prior to this role, Naomi has held significant positions including President and CEO and Senior Director of Public Policy at the United Way Association of South Carolina since October 2015, and Executive Director at Children Come First from January 2009 to October 2015, where efforts centered on improving child welfare policies. Earlier experiences include serving as the Volunteer and Community Partnership Coordinator at Educate Tomorrow, Corp, and as a Natural Resource Management Volunteer with the Peace Corps from 2001 to 2003. Naomi Lett holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from James Madison University.
