Adam Kind

Adam Kind currently serves as the Senior Director of Youth Opportunity at United Way for Southeastern Michigan. Prior to this role, Adam worked at the City of Detroit as a Team Lead/PMAS IV, enhancing process efficiency and stakeholder experiences in the procurement and data analytics teams. Adam's experience also includes leading the Division of Partnerships at Detroit Public Schools Community District, managing community support initiatives for students. Additional roles include organizing voter outreach as a Field Organizer for the Democratic Party of Virginia and teaching at various educational institutions, including DC Public Schools and Montgomery College. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University and a Master of Education from Johns Hopkins University.
