Tina Saad

Tina Saad has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Tina currently serves as the Director, Corporate Experience at United Way for Southeastern Michigan since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DTE Energy where they held multiple roles, including Program Manager- Employee Engagement and Impact, Public Affairs, Program Manager- ESG Reporting, and Associate Program Manager- ESG Reporting. Tina also had a role as a Challenge Detroit Fellow at Challenge Detroit, where they contributed to the community through service and leadership. In addition, they worked at Belle Isle Conservancy as a Volunteer Services member, focusing on litter reduction. Tina began their professional career as a Medical Triage at G.I. Consultants and later joined the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office as a Victim Advocate, providing support and services to victims of crime.

Tina Saad holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Innovation in Community, Policy, and Leadership from Wayne State University. Tina also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Tina has obtained certifications in Human Services Management from The Network for Social Work Management and in the GRI Professional Certification Program from ISOS Group, both in 2019.
