Later, in 2010 to 2011, they earned a Business Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Cardinal Stritch University. Additionally, Tonya Adair completed a NISL Certification in School Leadership from the National Institute for School Leadership in 2013 and 2014. Tonya is currently a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidate in Language and Literacy at Cardinal Stritch University, with an expected completion date of 2019. In 1986 and 1987, they attended the University of Louisiana Monroe for Computer Information Systems, but no degree information is provided for that time period.
