Heather Chapman

Vice President & Chief of Neighborhood Zones at United Way of Central Maryland

Heather Chapman is the VP of United Way Neighborhood Zones at United Way of Central Maryland. Prior to their current position, Heather was a Faculty Clinical Instructor at University of Maryland Baltimore where they provided virtual therapy several evenings a week. Heather has also served as the Clinic Director at Phoenix Therapeutic Foundation, Deputy Director and Co-founder at Ben Franklin Center for Community Schools, and Program Director at Chesapeake Center for Youth Development, Inc.
