Sandy Liang has a strong background in strategic collaborations and community outreach. Sandy has worked as the Director of Strategic Collaborations at United Way of Dane County since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Human Development & Relationships Institute Outreach Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2013 to 2022.
