Antonia Monk Richburg

Antonia Monk Richburg, Ph.D., serves as President & CEO of United Way of Forsyth County since October 2022 and has held the position of Adjunct Faculty at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro since August 2016, teaching courses in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. Previously, Richburg was Vice President and Senior Program Officer at Cone Health Foundation for over 23 years, overseeing nearly $3 million in annual grant-funded projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Community Collaborations & Initiative Specialist at United Way of Greater Greensboro. Richburg holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Duke University, a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from UNC Greensboro, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from UNC Greensboro.
