Mary Elizabeth Ramsay Marchese

Associate Director of Project Management Impact & Information at United Way of Greater Rochester

Mary Elizabeth Ramsay Marchese has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector. From 1997 to 2002, they served as the Director of Programs for the Puerto Rican Youth Development and Resource Center, where they reported directly to the Executive Director. Her duties included supervising project staff in various programs, preparing funding applications and reports for funders, and developing computer spreadsheets and database systems to track program data outcomes. From 2002 to present, they have been the Senior Evaluation Manager for the United Way of Greater Rochester. In this role, they have been responsible for developing and executing application and reporting processes using the e-Cimpact grants management system, as well as improving team efficiency by creating training materials and reports, providing training and technical assistance, and conducting application and report reviews.

Mary Elizabeth Ramsay Marchese completed a Bachelor of Arts in Astronomy from Wellesley College. Mary Elizabeth also has graduate coursework in an unspecified field. Additionally, they have obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn since October 2019, the most recent of which was Tableau Essential Training (2020.1) in February 2021.
