Rebecca Emami

Rebecca Emami is an accomplished leader in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at United Way of Massachusetts Bay since March 2024 and as a member of the NationSwell Council since November 2023. Rebecca has previously held significant roles, including Partner and Senior Philanthropic Advisor at New Profit, and Director at Orr Group, where strategic planning and leadership development were key focuses. Rebecca’s experience also encompasses positions in major gift fundraising at United Way of Greater Los Angeles, wealth management at The Northern Trust Company, and alumni engagement at The New School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work degree from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in English/French from Skidmore College.
