Kimberlee Guenther

Kimberlee Guenther currently serves as the Chief Impact Officer at United Way of Metro Chicago, a position held since June 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the Community Impact team, managing the allocation of $20 million in funding, and co-managing the COVID-19 Response Fund with nearly $30 million in disbursements. Previous roles at United Way include Vice President and Senior Director of Community Impact, where strategic funding and evaluation activities were key focuses. Kimberlee's experience also encompasses research and evaluation positions at Northwestern University and Loyola University, as well as programming and event coordination at The Field Museum and Facets Multi-Media. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago, an M.A. from the University of Connecticut, and a B.A. from the University of Illinois Chicago.
