Olivia Johnson

Olivia Johnson's work experience includes roles in various organizations. In 2018, they worked as a Media Specialist and Executive Assistant at Butter, with a side of Bread, where they created marketable media content and maintained business relationships. In 2019, they served as a Research and Development Intern at Defy Ventures, creating programs for ex-convicts and educating graduates on essential skills. From 2020 to 2022, Olivia held positions at BYU Ballard Center, where they were the Social Innovation Projects Program Director and later the Social Innovation Projects Internship Director. In these roles, they managed consultants, led partner recruitment, and mentored interns to produce socially impactful solutions. Olivia also worked at the International Rescue Committee as an IDA Intern, assisting with casework and marketing. Olivia was a Marketing Specialist at Professor Mom in 2022, and a Wood Shop Technician at the University of Utah College of Engineering. Additionally, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Utah College of Social and Behavioral Science. Currently, Olivia is serving as a Program Manager at United Way of Salt Lake.
