Beth Watson

Beth Watson, SPHR has significant experience in human resources, having worked as a consultant for The Whitney Smith Company, Inc. and later as VP Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer for United Way of Tarrant County. Beth is certified as both a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources). Beth has expertise in assisting clients with employee relations issues, conducting investigations, responding to EEOC and TWC claims, developing HR policies and procedures manuals, providing employee training, and in-bound marketing and social media coordination. Beth obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Texas Christian University.
