Erica Spado is a marketing and communications professional with experience in developing and communicating company messaging through strategic planning, writing, and customer interactions. Erica has worked in various roles including Director of Communications at CBI Cables, Digital Content Manager at WKTV NewsChannel 2, and Digital Content Producer at Spectrum News. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from State University of New York Cortland and a Master of Arts in New Media Journalism from FSU. Erica is currently the Marketing and Communications Manager at United Way of the Mohawk Valley.
