Nedelka Tejada Phillips is currently serving as Chief Member at Chief, a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. Nedelka previously held positions such as Senior Vice President at United Way of the National Capital Area, Director of Consumer Marketing & Fundraising Operations at American Red Cross, Senior Director of Marketing at Hughes Network Systems, and Director of Strategic Marketing at Child Care Aware® of America, among others. Nedelka has a BA from the University of Maryland and has also completed the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
