Alex Fike

Alex Fike is currently the Director of the Automation and Process Excellence Academy at Elevance Health. Previously, Alex has held various leadership positions at United Way, including Head of Global Talent Management, Learning, & Leadership Development, Director of Board & Leadership Programs, Director of Board Development, Engagement, and Governance, and Manager of Board Development. Before United Way, Alex worked at the Michigan House of Representatives and also held roles at Townsend Leadership Fund, Friends of Jim Townsend, State of Michigan, EXPRESS, and MSU Interfraternity Council. Alex holds B.A. degrees in International Relations, Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy, as well as a specialization in Political Economy from Michigan State University.
