Kendyll Lavant

Kendyll Lavant currently serves as a Specialist in Corporate Experience at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, focusing on governance for Affinity Groups and developing partnership and fundraising strategies. Prior experience includes working as a Lifeline Crisis Worker for The Trevor Project, where Kendyll provided crisis intervention counseling to LGBTQ youth, and serving as Mentor Coordinator at Give Merit, Inc., facilitating mentor-mentee relationships.
