Kayla Crabtree

Kayla Crabtree is an experienced social service professional with a focus on harm reduction and community support. Currently serving as a Harm Reduction Worker at YWCA Hamilton since February 2023, Kayla is also a Co-Founder of the Student Overdose Prevention and Education Network since July 2021. Prior to these roles, Kayla worked as a Case Manager at The Salvation Army from July 2013 to November 2023 and served as a Discharge Planner for The Bridge Program from March 2015 to July 2019. Early career experience includes a position as a Residential Worker at The Salvation Army from September 2012 to April 2013. Kayla holds a Diploma in Social Service Work from Mohawk College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work at Toronto Metropolitan University, expected to graduate in April 2025.
