Matthew Paschall

Matthew Paschall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and strategic direction. As a Co-Founder and Strategic Director at QUEST Academy International since February 2020, Paschall has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's vision. Concurrently, Paschall has been involved with United World Mission since June 2011, focusing on leadership development initiatives. From February 2018 to March 2024, Paschall coordinated migrant ministries for #HowWillTheyHear. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Ministry in Global & Contextual Leadership from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and multiple degrees in Divinity and Communications from Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, and UC San Diego, respectively.
