Donald Potter possesses extensive experience in client relations and customer strategy within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Relations at United Healthcare, Donald has previously held significant roles at Aetna, including Head of Customer Strategy & Development, National Accounts Regional Head of Sales, and Head of Aetna Group Insurance Sales.
