Filip Szymczak

Filip Szymczak is an Associate Director of Service Design at UnitedHealth Group with extensive experience in leading international design teams and managing complex design projects. At UnitedHealth Group since October 2016, Filip has progressed through various roles, including Lead Service Designer and Service Designer, emphasizing collaboration with internal clients and stakeholders to align design with product vision. In addition to current work, Filip serves as a Visiting Lecturer for the MA Service Design program at the National College of Art & Design. Previously, Filip co-founded and co-organized the Rebase Collective conference, held UX and service design roles at each of the previous employers, and possesses a strong educational background in digital media and human-computer interaction.
