Joe Long

Joe Long is a seasoned executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer for UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual at UnitedHealth Group since April 2016. Joe has held various leadership roles within UnitedHealth Group, including Vice President of Strategy and Chief of Staff for UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement, as well as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Joe worked at TripleTree from 2011 to 2016, progressing from Analyst to Senior Associate. Joe's earlier experience includes consulting roles at HealthScape Advisors and a position as an Analyst at M3 Capital Partners LLC. Joe holds an MBA in Finance and Health Enterprise Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance, Investment & Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business.
