Manik Arora

Manik Arora has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. They started their career as a Software Development Intern at MapleGraph in 2013. Later, they joined UnitedHealth Group in 2016 and worked as a Software Engineer until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Manik served as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineering Lead at UnitedHealth Group since September 2022.

Manik Arora completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Delhi College of Engineering, graduating in 2016. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AHM 250 certification from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in 2017. Manik also obtained various certifications related to Python programming and data science from Dataquest.io, including courses on Dictionaries, Frequency Tables, and Functions in Python, Intermediate Python for Data Science, Python Basics for Data Analysis Path, Python Functions and Jupyter Notebook, and For Loops and Conditional Statements in Python. These certifications were obtained in 2023, with the exception of the AHM 250 certification obtained in 2017. Additionally, they hold the UHG Inventor certification from UnitedHealth Group obtained in 2021 and the TigerGraph Associate certification from TigerGraph obtained in 2020.
