Vikram ICP-ACC/APO has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Vikram ICP-ACC/APO , KMP1 , started their career at Primark Stores Ltd, where they worked as a Customer Retail Operations associate, focusing on customer service and coordinating various aspects of the business. Vikram ICP-ACC/APO , KMP1 , then joined IBM as a System Engineer, specializing in Mainframe Technology and handling tasks such as monitoring databases, system study, requirements gathering, and implementation.

After that, Vikram worked at Excers Inc as a Scrum Master and Consultant for CA Clarity PPM, where they took on various roles including Agile Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, and Support. Vikram ICP-ACC/APO , KMP1 ,'sresponsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, coaching, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with agile principles.

Continuing their journey, Vikram joined REAN Cloud as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, leading teams and providing coaching and support in agile practices. Vikram ICP-ACC/APO , KMP1 , also worked at Infosys and Telstra as a Scrum Master / Iteration Manager, where they were responsible for establishing program level ceremonies and ensuring cross-value stream coordination and collaboration.

Most recently, Vikram joined UnitedHealth Group as a Scrum Lead, where they support and facilitates Scrum Teams in executing the Scrum framework. Vikram ICP-ACC/APO , KMP1 , provides coaching, organizes and facilitates ceremonies, and tracks overall team progress while mitigating risks.

Throughout their career, Vikram has demonstrated a strong understanding of agile values and practices and has actively contributed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within teams.

Vikram ICP-ACC/APO has a Master's degree in computers from the University of East London, obtained from 2007 to 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Vikram has obtained various qualifications. In 2023, they obtained the Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance. Prior to that, in 2021, they achieved the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications, also from Scrum Alliance.

Vikram also holds several certifications from ICAgile, including the ICP - ACC (Agile Coaching) and ICP - APO (Agile Product Ownership) certifications, obtained in 2020. Furthermore, they have the ICP (Agile Certified Professional) certification from ICAgile, obtained in the same year.

Among other certifications, Vikram has the Kanban System Design (KMP1) certification from Kanban University, obtained in 2020. They also have the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, obtained in the same year.

In 2018, Vikram obtained the PSM1 certification from Scrum.org, and in 2017, they achieved the Certified Scrum Professional and Certified Scrum Product Owner certifications, both from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, in 2017, Vikram obtained the Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner Certification in Project Management from PEOPLECERT.

Prior to that, in 2015, Vikram achieved the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from GAQM and the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from TÜV SÜD. In 2014, they obtained the CA Clarity PPM v13.x Professional certification from CA Technologies, and in 2013, they achieved the CA Clarity PPM v13.x Business Analyst certification, also from CA Technologies.

In terms of earlier certifications, Vikram obtained the ITIL® Version 3 Foundation Examination certification from PEOPLECERT in 2010.

Recent certifications include the SAFe Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in 2022, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification, obtained in 2021, also from Scaled Agile, Inc.
