Niki Schaff has extensive experience in benefits compliance and analytics, currently serving as Vice President of Benefits - Compliance at UnitedHealth Group after holding the position of Senior Director, Benefits Compliance and Analytics. Prior experience includes roles as Benefits Compliance Leader and Global Mobility Leader at Target, as well as a Manager in Performance and Reward within Human Capital at Ernst & Young. Niki Schaff earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law between 2004 and 2007.
