Tim Amundson

Tim Amundson has a diverse work experience in the field of taxation and finance. Tim started their career as a Credit Analyst at Minnesota Daily in 2003 and later became a Finance Intern at Land O' Lakes Finance Company in 2004. In 2005, they worked as a Tax Intern at PwC, where they prepared tax returns for corporate and individual clients and conducted research on various client issues. Tim then joined the University of Minnesota as an Intermediate Accounting Teaching Assistant, where they led study sessions and provided grading assistance. Tim returned to PwC in 2007 as a Tax Director - M&A, specializing in tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Tax at UnitedHealth Group since 2015.

Tim Amundson earned a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law in 2006 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business degree in 2006. Their field of study for both degrees was Accounting & Finance. Additionally, Tim holds the certification of CPA, but the institution and specific year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
