Nikolay Iliev

Nikolay Iliev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal operations, contract management, and leadership roles. Currently serving as Site Lead at UnitedLex since January 2019, Nikolay manages the Bulgarian operations, facilitating services for Fortune 500 companies. Previous positions include Director of Contracting and Commercial Solutions for a consumer healthcare company, Director of Legal Operations at UnitedLex, and various roles in contract management at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Nikolay has also provided legal advisory services to a UK-based startup in the Web3 and blockchain sectors. An advocate for digital legal transformation, Nikolay’s career spans internships and research roles in prestigious organizations such as the United Nations and the National Assembly of Bulgaria. Nikolay holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and is currently pursuing an advanced course in Intellectual Property Management with the World Intellectual Property Organization.
