Khulan Tuyatungalag is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in process improvement and customer experience. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Specialist at Unitel Group since June 2022, Khulan has also held positions as a Senior Specialist in the Customer Experience Department and Digital Channel Development Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Service Development Manager at Golomt Bank from October 2020 to March 2022, and teaching English at Sumire Kids Japan between January 2015 and May 2016.
