Marina Vigorelli

Marina Vigorelli currently serves as the HR Training & Development Manager at Uniting Group, where responsibilities include planning training activities, monitoring employee performance, and enhancing organizational roles and culture. Since January 2010, Marina has also held the position of HR Director On-Field at ALL COMMUNICATION, overseeing the selection and management of internal and external resources and coordinating local agency support. Prior experiences include roles as HR Assistant and Junior Account at Special srl, managing resource coordination and promotional project implementation, as well as serving as an Organizational Consultant for Cohn & Wolfe during a major event. Marina holds a Master's degree in HR Management from 24ORE Business School and has been studying at Università degli Studi di Milano since 2003.
